I see that my post above is closed so I will open a new post to say thanks for all those who responded. Now I know who Marcus is.

I truly had no idea who this guy was. I didn't know how else to find out so I figure I'd get the answer here at Marcus's blog. This is the place for us RVers to get our answers

I meant no disrespect to Marcus. I appreciate the service his corporation provides to campers like us, and my hat is off to him. Thank you, Marcus.
