Several years back I jumped out of truck in rainstorm, took several steps across grass of my site, popped into RV on the lite blue carpet, quickly noticed an odor and "stuff" tracked across camper.
I had no pet at time. But I did have a PO'd wife...
So someone who either didn't follow rules or "who they didn't matter/apply to" did greatly effect me directly.
Plus I found your post kinda contradictory?
--You suggest if it bothers someone if rules being broken to "just talk to them"
