Strange recall........not that recall shouldn't be done but their explanation is confusing.
They state that 'fault' light will not come on if gas fails to light.....so owners will not know that gas didn't lite off and is still ON ???
Granted Fault Light should come on if gas fails to light BUT it sounds like more problems exist.
IF gas fails to light the voltage on gas valve solenoids should drop out closing gas valve---this is a safety measure (flame proofing) to prevent build up of gas regardless of light coming on or not.
