They WERE in my attic. My attic has now been vermin free for 2.5 years.

My favorite was the Dumplings.
Squirrel jerky can be mighty fine if smoked properly. For the other menu items, we had to lie and tell our daughter it was rabbit.
EDIT The trouble with red squirrels and chipmunks is that it takes too many to make a decent meal. Jerky on the otherhand is usually eaten in small bites.
