Resurgence of the Virus and Travel

Anyone seen a report or anything that is likely true about the Virus and travel in the next two weeks, west?
Are facilities shutting back down or forecast to, including motels on the trip back out there?

Rant: The virus numbers are a crock of lies, anyway. The medical folks are making mucho dinero for every covid patient they can claim. In Arizona it's been proven that one person can be counted multiple times for every covid test administered to that one person thus inflating the count. People can die from other causes and be called a covid death thus further inflating the numbers.

Worldwide Pandemic - yet some still think like this. Its no wonder America has the highest COVID rate of any country on the planet. God help us.

San Diego County just closed bars, wineries, and breweries for the next month. We and friends had reservations in July at a beautiful RV park in Chula Vista. We cancelled those reservations, Cali doesn't need our money. There are no travel restrictions I've heard of. We're currently enroute from Tucson to Branson, MO for a week of celebrating the birth of our country. Branson is, so far, free of the idiocy enveloping our locations.

Glad I'm not the only one that can see through the BS!
We are headed to Galveston in 2 weeks and then to Biloxi MS. We don't socialize. So just hang out at the camper. Go to the beach and then back and maybe in the pool.

After that we're going to Utah, a state without any idiotic rules.

  • Just be careful.

Around here the masses are flocking anything that opens recreational and a significant spike in virus cases are being seen.

A family friend of ours vacationed at myrtle beach along with thousands of others, maybe millions and the entire family of 5 tested positive.

    Use common sense.
  • I been cancelled in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and WV. Got a reservation in Pigeon Forge for end of July that was still good as of today
