San-T-Flush not flushing

My San-T-Flush isn't working, maybe I'm doing something wrong but according to the manual I believe I'm doing it correctly.
I hook up the hose, open the black water valve and turn on the water. It seems as if the water is stopped from going in.
I just dewinterized my TT, but it wasn't me that winterized it, is there a valve somewhere I'm missing?

I took it to the dealer, the back flow check valve was installed backwards not letting water in. They said it's stupid, it's simple but it's more common than you'd think.

Usually they are under warranty for a year. I'd beat feet and get it there.

I've had the rig for 8 months, it was new. Think the best bet is to take her to the dealership - think it's still warranty?

I think the check valve is connected to the fitting that you connect your hose to.

That's what I'm hoping for, but I can't seem to find it. I looked under my sink but it's all electrical (the power box is on the other side of the wall).

There is a check valve as part of the system. It may be stuck or if not winterized, it may have frozen and been damaged. Mine is under the bathroom sink just inside where the hose hook up for San-T-Flush is located.
