SLIDE OUT PROBLEM

Question

My slide out is not closing properly. Plenty of info on left to right misalignment but my problem is top to bottom. When the slideout gets about 8" frpm full close the top stops but the bottom doesn't.

I belive it's a Lippert electric slide mechanism. I can't even determine how the top is operated in conjunction with the bottom.

First off you got to know what slide system you have. Cable? Schwintek? Something else? If it's Schwintek and it's off 8 inches then got some serious issues. If it's cable then you might just need an adjustment. If it's hydraulic/electric you might have something blocking the top from coming in.
