    Freezer Specs.

Edgestar Model CMF151L (Haier is my fridge)
    19"h x 17.6"d x 19"w
    Available on Amazon for $219

We have been using this freezer for 7 years with no issues.
  • We have an Engel ac/dc unit installed in the basement of our 5th wheel on a slide out tray. It can be used as either a refer or a freezer but we use ours exclusively as a freezer. We installed a DC plug in the basement and when we disconnect from shore power, the freezer automatically switches to dc power. It works very well-much colder than our RV freezer. Ours is full of fish we caught on our trip to Alaska last summer. It is expensive but was well worth it to us.

  • we put this one in the front compartment of our fiver a couple of years ago.

We snowbird so it is in use 5-6 months per year and it works great. I had to build a small platform in the compartment depression and I bolted the freezer to that.
