That front end looks awfully high to have 800+ lbs. sitting out there. :)
Yep, I'm going with the Photoshopped theory.
Or maybe some people just aren't all that smert? - TexasRangerRzRExplorerMaybe it's in place of a weight distributing hitch ... 800 lbs of tongue weight offset by 800 lbs of front bumper weight :-)

Yep, I'm going with the Photoshopped theory. - mowermechExplorerIn most states it is illegal to cover or block the headlights and turn signals.
- dwayneb236ExplorerMy main concern was the visibility, or lack of it. I would be scared to death to have my bike up there.
- DirtyOilExplorerI think this is a much better idea...
you just need the right sized bike. - BedlamModeratorThe Dana 60 steer axle has no problem with that weight even if the truck is diesel. Having the snow plow package front springs would allow something that heavy to be out front with minimal sag.
You can zoom in and see it uses three tubes to support the motorcycle rack, so the carrier is custom.
I question the tie down of the motorcycle and the lack visibility with the motorcycle mounted so high. I'm guessing the motorcycle was just a test of the carrier capacity and the straps were added on as a lark. - dwayneb236ExplorerThat can't be legal...can it? No, no way it is.. I have a bike that size and it's 900 lbs easy. Add the carrier and that's heavy, and blocking some significant views.
