RV Waste tote has a standard 3" hose ---and you can connect another standard RV sewer hose to it so you can reach dump station.
Open vent on tote and most will just drain out...then tilt tote to complete dumping

No problem. You just need a sewer hose long enough to reach from the tote in the bed to the dump hole. Hook that up then lift the tote from the other end. It's not that heavy when you're only lifting one side.

I too like the idea of a full hook up and use them as much as possible.

For macerator use you can use a tote or a tank. a 55 Gallon drum with a female hose fitting on the vent (small) opening will usually work epically if you have 36 gallon tanks. Outfit the larger opening with the proper cut off valve and I'd use RV type 3" hose at the dump station.

But the totes work well.

Engineer your own setup ... I use 7 gal Aquatainers marked for GW / BW use. Just set 'em empty in the back of the truck and pump macerated black or grey water directly into them, the most you have to do is lower a full tank weighing 60 lbs from the tailgate to the ground at the dump station. Easy to fully empty, easy to flush out, easy to store, and inexpensive ... everything a tote isn't.

FWIW, I ran switched 12 vdc from the battery back to where the waste gates are locating, wiring to a standard Bargman connector. Since this is a switched feed that means I can preset the macerator's switch to on and control it while standing at the back of the truck where I can monitor the tanks as they fill. It's all too easy. :B

I engineered my own setup for use with my macerator pump. A 30-gallon plastic drum ($10), 1-1/2" dump valve, and 12' of sump pump discharge hose. The drum is strapped in the truck bed resting on blocks so it doesn't roll.

Best option.....Full Hookup site....either dump/pump at leisure

Next best..drive to dump station and dump using 3" sewer hose on way out of CG

Macerator great for 'pumping' directly into cleanouts at home

Macerator OK for pumping into 'tote' to be dragged to dump station
OR pumping into tote in back of truck/then drive truck to dump station and dump tote using add'l hose connected to tote hose while still in back of truck
