I JUST MOVED TO A CITY WHERE THERE IS NOT A SHADOW CRUISER DEALER IN MY AREA AND I AM TOLD THAT CAMPING WORLD WILL DO THEIR WARRANTY WORK, CAN ANYONE CONFIRM THIS?

    .

    CALL CAMPING WORLD AND ASK.

YOU COULD ALSO CALL THE MFGR AND ASK WHO IS AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WARRANTY WORK.

WHY RELY ON PEEPS ON AN INTERNET FORUM?..:?..:h

    .
  • Yep, caps are considered YELLING!

Call the manufacturer. They should help you find dealers that will do warranty work.
many manufacturers will reimburse you if you have an independent RV shop do the work, as long as you get pre-approval from them.
  • Gas the Caps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Talk to the manufacturer regarding warranty work by a non-dealer. It is common for the manufacturer to require authorization in advance for non-dealer warranty service. There may even be a requirement that you pay and then seek reimbursement from the manufacturer.
  • Please turn off the caps lock, it's considered yelling. (Notice nobody else is using all caps)

    Good luck,
    Scott
  • What is wrong with the rig?
Many of the items in a rig are covered by manufacturer warranties and have other service locations.
  • YES, I WILL CALL BUT JUST WANTED TO SEE IF ANYONE HAD AN EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SUBJECT. THE LOCAL CW ON LINE POSTS/FORUMS REALLY RIPS THE LOCAL CW AS NOT PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN TO THEIR BUYING CUSTOMERS.
  • Bobby:

Wouldn't it be best to just call your closest Camping World and ask them direct?
