Using an older but still working RV water pump is best, but here's another cheap idea.
If you're carrying a drill with you, go to any hdwr store and they'll sell a cheap pump that you power with your drill motor. They're about $11. The pump will have hose fittings on both sides of it. You can buy several feet of cheap clear plastic tubing to fit over the hose fitting. I use this set-up for pumping my RV antifreeze for winterizing.
