That seems a little low for an equal-i-zer.
You would need a 90-00-1401 14K shankless hitch, and a 90-02-4700 (or variant based on height) 2 1/2" shank.
The hitch should be ±$500 and the shank ±$130. If you found them cheaper by all means post up a link.
