- LwiddisExplorer IIShow us your RV’s floor plan.
- I keep what I normally wear under the bed. Odd ones go into an exterior compartment next to the entrance door.
- My DW kicks hers off as soon as she walks in the door so everyone else trips on them coming in !:S
We TRY to keep 1 pair each at the door.. any others stay up in the bedroom either in the closet, under the bed, or in the little worthless sho rack that is built in... Hers fits in that, mine do not - Seattle_SteveExplorerNot full-timers, so we don't have many. But what we have goes in the drawer under the dinette bench which is right next to the stairs. Theater seats across from that, so handy to sit and pick out and put on shoes.
- LadyRVerExplorer IIShoes, laundry and wet clothes have always been a problem in every RV I have owned since 1992. In my current trailer, I finally have space for shoes and laundry. a Wet clothes go on an extention rod over the bathtub. Right by the door is an "end table" with door which all my shoes go into. Problem solved for this RV.
- TexasShadowExplorer IIwe really use just one pair of shoes almost all the time, but keep a spare pair each back in the closet.
- Second_ChanceExplorer IIOur Solitude fifth wheel has shoe shelves across the bottom of the front closet. There is also room for up to four pairs of shoes (and mine are 133E!) under the bottom stair leading up to the bath and bedroom. Neither of us wear boots any more since we chase warmer temperatures.
Rob - STBRetiredExplorerMuddy shoes/work boots go in the basement compartment that's right next to the entrance steps. Normal shoes go in front of the couch or recliner and are a bit of a pain sometimes. Extra shoes go in this weird space between the nightstand and the base of the bed. Enough space there for 2 pairs of shoes. Pairs 4 through 11?? for DW go in one of her overhead cabinets.
- Beverley_KenExplorer" Hers fits in that, mine do not" You're bigger than a size 5'
Mine, everyday shoes, crocks or sandle 95% of the summer or down south, are taken off and left under the MH beside the step. The awning keeps them dry. Extra shoe are stored in the closet or under the bed. Boots in the basement at home.
Ken - beemerphile1ExplorerIn the shoe cabinet just inside the door. Keystone was nice enough to give us a closet and a shoe cabinet just inside the entry door.
