The day after I picked up my Northstar Laredo a substantial portion of a perfectly good cup of coffee found its way to the upholstery from a minor bump to the table. While it cleaned up without a trace, it was going to be a problem. First I replaced the plastic sockets with metal ones which was only a partial solution and then I remembered a solution that I had seen in older TC's.

A simple brace hinged to the table support rail - rock solid. I doesn't interfere with converting to bed mode and the hinge is stiff enough to not interfere with accessing the wheel well storage door below. I also added a 6" removable drop leaf to the table.
