Induction cook top. I use this when making a mess cooking inside isn't a good idea. I've used it for deep frying, boiling crab at the ocean, etc. My genny handles it just fine but you do need ferric metal pots to use. (If a magnet sticks to the bottom of your pot, it will probably work.)
