No electric hookups, but thanks for your responce - bbaker2001Explorermight want to check on Hume Lake. my son lives there, and were evacuated for 6 weeks because of the fire. all the area is great to visit. the Fire crew was working very hard to save General,s Tree,

Once you are there, it's not hard to drive over to Grant's Grove in Kings Canyon National Park. Cedar Grove in Kings Canyon is a relatively long drive though. Nice lake just East of Grant's Grove, Hume Lake? I'm blanking on the name.
Be sure to buy tickets in advance for the cave in Sequoia. I never planned for enough in advance and missed it when I lived in the area but I understand it is worth it. - russkerriExplorer

Looking for c.g near the parks with electrical and water (minumum) connections.
Plan to stay a week or more to hike and explore the parks.
If it is necessary to use more than one C.G after exploring one area it is just fine.
Thanks
We stayed at Sequoia RV Ranch and had a good stay. Though it is just a few miles from the gate, be sure to take note that you'll drive 30-40 min to get to the main attractions.
I just blogged about it, if you'd like to read more: http://travelswithbirdy.com/sequoia-rv-ranch-review/ Travels with Birdy: Sequoia RV Ranch - danorenExplorerThank you the bear and Two Hands
- Two_HandsExplorerWe like the Kaweah RV Resort in Three Rivers, California. Full hookups. Explore the parks with your tow vehicle.
