How to find out if the RV park is violating my rights by counting my service Dog ( medical assistance) with my other 2 family dogs as a 3rd pet which is not accepted. Rule is 2 pets max.

You might contact an ADA attorney, also, many of your questions maybe answered here:

Helpful information I am sure but looks like the OP was a newbie hit and run poster and never returned to the site. Never understood why folks take the time to come here, create an ID, post a question and never return.

ADA calls for "reasonable accommodation". They are allowing you to bring your service dog, so they have met ADA requirements (assuming "medical assistance" when fully defined is a legitimate need and not one of the silly emotional support emu type claims).
Everything else is their park...their rules.

I would say they are with in their right. service dogs still count as a pet, albeit a working pet. so for where I live the municipality has a 2 dog rule per household, and yes service dogs count as one.
now having said that, this post should have been in the "travling with pets" section of the board. the comunity feed back is for more like actual issues with how the board runs.

Try contacting the ADA or whatever organization set up your service dog. An RV forum is not the best place to come for legal advice.
