2013 itasca meridian 34 B slideout failures

We have had a long list of problems with the drivers side whole wall slide. It has the Schwintek in the wall mechanisms. A year ago the rear mounting flange broke a number of fasteners and separated from the coach wall. Camping World repaired and said they installed stronger fasteners in both mounting flanges. Now I just found the forward mounting flange has broken fasteners and is separated from the coach wall.

Has anyone had similar issues?

Does anyone know if Winnebago is working on a design change to address this?

I plan to try to get info from Winnebago this AM.
