My guess would be debris in the line feeding the two or a kink in the line going to these fixtures. Are they in a slideout? Visually follow them from the source to the fixtures to see if they are pinched somewhere.
If they appear to be good, check the supply at each fixture. Turn the pump off as well as disconnect city water supply. One at a time, disconnect the line at the toilet valve, and turn the pump on, if the pressure is good, then the problem is in the fixture valve, debris or malfunction. Obviously use a bucket or big towel to collect the water.
If only a trickle comes out, then the problem is in the lines, debris from the build or ??
