A/C Troubleshooting Help? Coleman Mach 48000

My Coleman Mach 48000 Model: 48207C966 controlled by Atwood 2H2C thermostat air conditioning stopped working between uses. New in 2014, so just out of warranty. The furnace works fine. The display on the thermostat works fine, showing all settings. When I turn it on A/C manual, either high or low, or automatic, the A/C does nothing.

I have pulled off the thermo cover and inspected both sides of the circuit board, which looks fine. My son pulled the cover off the A/C and said everything looked fine ... no rats or mice biting through wires!

I am not very mechanical and have not found any sort of troubleshooting guide online or in my paper manuals. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Is it on a GFCI circuit?
I don't think so. It is on a 20 amp circuit breaker.

    Yup, I think that's next.

And you're plugged into 30A shore power? If so check the breaker panel to see if the A/C breaker is ok.

Yes, was plugged into 30 amps when discovered. The circuit breaker for the A/C appears OK and has been reset several times and the 15 amp fuse for the thermostat has been checked (but, of course, it is clearly working ... runs furnace and shows settings in readout.) Have also tried running it with generator, no change.

I am assuming the A/C control thermostat is showing the unit "should be" cooling but of course, isn't?

Correct. Among other settings, "Hi" in 'Cool' position.
