AC doesn’t work after lithium/inverter install

Hi all,
I just recently finished a full lithium/solar/inverter setup in my travel trailer. it is a 3000w pure sine wave inverter and 510AH of lithium batteries. I also installed a new lithium charger and automatic transfer switch, as well as a soft start for the roof AC.

After the install, everything is working as expected (lights, outlets, microwave, etc). However the AC doesn't seem to work properly. The fan turns on but the compressor doesn't. I've already troubleshooted to determine that the start run capacitor and compressor on the roof AC are both working fine. The compressor just fails to turn on for some reason.
Another issue I am having is that when the inverter is running, and a device is ramping up its power usage (example using a toaster oven), the interior LED lights will flicker slightly. Once the toaster oven is operating at full power (I'm monitoring the power usage using a Victron smartshunt), the lights stop flickering. It only seems to happen when an appliance is ramping up its power usage. There have been no problems with appliance usage such as microwave and toaster oven and all the outlets around the rv work properly.

Any pro's out there have any tips or advice on how I begin troubleshooting this? This was a DIY project but I feel like we installed everything correctly. The batteries are connected to the inverter using 4/0 wire, and the rest of the system is 10 gauge similar to the rest of the RV which is a 30amp trailer.
