Here's the deal, we have an awning that is in really good shape with the exception of one issue. Across the top it looks like it could have cracked or whatever but the 2 layers is getting water betwee...
When I first bought the MH the PO scraped some tree limbs and it had small holes in it and leaked when in the open position. I used a spray can of white latex and it sealed the leaks and looked white for 5 years or so. The awning is 18 years old and still looks new other wise. I tried other products on my slide topper but they cracked. I thing the best way as others have said is to cut the bad material off and resew if the rest of the awning is good.
