Basement AC stopped working, no high speed fan

Ac was previously working great. Here are my symptoms. Fan runs but does not increase when set to HIGH speed.(like it used to) Compressors will not start. What I've done so far. Replaced ...

I believe it is a Coleman aka RVP system and essentially residential as noted. Your allies can be Winnebago and RVP. Both have excellent documentation that may help.
That said I've seen Winnebago DP owners give up on them and install rooftop units.
Hopefully you won't need to do that
