Carefree One Touch Door Awning

I can't figure out how to take the cover off of the discontinued Carefree One Touch Door Awning. The motor won't move even when jumpered and I can't see a manual drive like the patio and window awning has. Does anyone have or know where I can get the service manual? Carefree of Colorado discontinued awning manuals do not include the door awning.

    Did you check on line? Many manufacturers keep a library of manuals on line.
