Class C Corner Moulding Options

Looking to replace my aluminium corner mouldings that bend up from the camper front wall up to the roof. These are too small and do not support the corners or seal well. Contacted an RV aluminium extrusion company and they said the 1 inch ones would not bend around the front without special tooling and could not offer a solution. I saw on front cabover rebuild where the owner made hand layed up fiberglass mouldings. Any suggestions ? Thanks
