If it does, you can worry about it at that time. There is no sense at all in doing so now.
Delamination due to adhesive breakdown should be relatively easy and inexpensive to repair vs. that caused by water intrusion. All you need to do to have a first-rate repair is to reglue the skin on the structure; there should be no need to replace water damaged pieces since there should be no water damage.
