We've owned a lot of trailers over the years and I have never seen this before. When I went to make up the dinette bed in the trailer for the first time I found that the cushions don't fit. Not something I would ever think to check for when buying an RV. Easy enough to fix with a few pieces of foam but what were they thinking?Maybe there is a reason Thor California went out of business.

It's a puzzle.How about sliding the browns cushions over to left and putting the cushion that doesn't fit against other side? I never was good at Rubik's cube

I assume you got this trailer used? Assuming that's the case, perhaps the previous owners replaced the cushions at some time. This is also hinted at by the brown upholstery of the lower cushions that clearly doesn't meet the federally mandated standards for ugliness of RV interiors.I have a tough time believing it came from the factory like this...but then again, there are plenty of things in plenty of RVs that make one stare in wonderment and disbelief.

Put the curved cushions on the ends with the curves against the wall. The base cushions go in the middle. This will allow the curved cushions to squish against the walls and eliminate that "empty" space of the curve (see the corner in the bottom photo - that space can be squished out).

Most of the time I see dinettes made into beds the two seat backs go in the middle. May need to squish them in.

In looking at that second pic, it appears your TT was made 3"-4" too short. Have you measured it ? :B

Have you tried placing the brown ones end to end along the wall side and the others end to end along the front edge of the dinette with the curved edges out? It's difficult to judge the length of the cushions by the picture.

Maybe not, but the upholstery does match the two freestanding chairs in the back of the trailer and they fit the space.

Let me try squishing...
