Dicor on top of "factory grey sealant"
Went topside to check and calk as needed, and noticed last year's Dicor sealant over the top of the factory "grey colored" sealant around all openings lifted off with little to no effort. Last year...

Nope, but I did read the instructions, and did install per the video that I just now reviewed. I just don't know what the factory grey sealant is ... and I do know last year's Dicor self-leveling sealant lifted off easily last weekend. ???
