Dicor on top of "factory grey sealant"
Went topside to check and calk as needed, and noticed last year's Dicor sealant over the top of the factory "grey colored" sealant around all openings lifted off with little to no effort. Last year...

I'm pretty sure the old sealant is not silicone, at least I sure hope not. It's whatever Keystone put on during original manufacturing.
