- road-runnerExplorer IIIIn addition to the 50 amp transfer switch, this thing does load support ("generator mode"). My first thought was this might be a Prosine 2.0 equivalent that hopefully doesn't have a high failure rate. It not only looks to be an equivalent, but even better in terms of specs and useful features.
- Especially good for a 50 amp RV as it has a full 50 amp transfer switch.
Don't have this one but my other two GP inverters have been great so far. - diffrdrumExplorerYes, i have been putting it through the ringer so to speak, i have had it installed for a few months now, regularly using it for the last month. it works very well, when inverting and or using shore power. Very clean power maintains 60hz when in inverting mode. Its got one little glitch that Go Power has been assisting me with. There service has been excellent. A very solid strong 2000 Watts.
Regards - 2oldmanExplorer III wouldn't hesitate at all on that unit.
