Has Anybody added a Vent Fan w/No 12v connection?

I would like to get a vent fan for the bedroom. It doesn't appear there is any 12v connection here at the vent. Has anybody had success installing these kind of fans on vents with no connection by run...

do alot of looking and plan your route. before you cut drill.
