A special thank you to Newman Fulltimer for his expertise on resolving electrical issues we had with our fiver and house.
Unfortunately, we went through 2 electricians who could not resolve our issues.
After a call to Chris Newman (Newman Fulltimer) for help...he was able to triage everything with the following:
1. Problem was trailer main kept tripping breaker on house. Electricians said 30amp service on house was sufficient however, what they didn't say is that the 30amp service was being fed by a 15amp GFI breaker in main panel. 30amp service was installed by one of 2 electricians.
2. To make matters even more interesting....the converter in fiver blew out the outlet it was plugged into, as converter malfunctioned thus shutting everything off. 2 things going on at one time here.
3. Now don't go ballistic on us about our Arizona electricians however, since we had paid them....we requested they return and make upgrades...15amp GFI breaker replaced with single 30amp with 10/2 wire in conduit to 30amp panel serving trailer.
4. Wife and I replaced and upgraded converter and blown outlet while Chris walked us through (we have no experience in these things) each and every step.
5. Turned on lp gas and discovered hoses leaked. Replaced regulator and all hoses....Good Grief.
6. Everything up and running like it was new. Chris has called us a couple times to make sure things are operating! YEAH Newman Fulltimer!
