I might be a long shot but I had a similar situation once a few years back.
Turned out that when I filled the bottle and put it back on I somehow managed to trigger the built in shutoff in the manner I hooked it up and turned the valve on. There was flow but not much.
My solution was to disconnect the tank, hook it back up and slowly open the valve.
Worth a try I guess.
