Help with Dometic fridge issues

Long story short, fridge isn't working and we had a mobile RV service guy come out to take a look. He directed me to a local RV place for a part. The local place was exactly zero help. Now I'm trying to find the part on my own, but I don't know what it's called or how to track it down. Nor can I figure out how to post a picture here. Is there an online resource that would help me identify the wire? I've been searching since 8am with no luck.

It's from a Dometic DMR702

Thank you!

If it is just a wire there are 3 kinds (A few more types)

One is the wire to the Spark rod/flame sensor. The Rod is called a thermocouple

ANOTHER HAS A "Bulge" in it... this is a "Thermal Fuse" designed to melt if it gets too hot and shut it down They come in assorted temps

You can order one via Camping World if its a DOMETIC

There is also a Thermsistor inside the Fridge on the end of a wire.

The rest of the wires. Save for the heat element which is "Technically" a wire. are just wires. assorted sizes and colors but just wires

If it is in the stack right above the burner, it is a thermal cutout.
In second link I posted it is shown as a thermal fuse

Bingo, If he has NO display, his Overtemp disc on the flue cover is probably tripped. Problem is finding the P/N for that disc. This should be it. Doug

Might try describing the wire. Where does it connect on each end?

Wires are red with what I now believe to be a temperature control sensor in between. One end goes under a screw, the other looks like a USB port (it's obviously not but I don't know the technical terms for any of it).

You need the MODEL number. The Serial Number. The PNC and SKU number from the Info plate on the refer to get the exact part that fits your refer. Here is a link to the generic install and partial breakdown of your refer. The only "wires" I can think of that would be a replaceable part are the Spark electrode wire which lights the LP and the Temp Thermister which senses the cold in the box and is connected to the evap fins and connects to the rear control module. Now, ZERO help from local place? You got ZERO help from that so called mobile tech and you paid him. Well, If you gave them the same info you have given on this post, then YES, you will get ZERO help. What is the problem with the Dometic refer? LP and 120 operation inop? Or just LP inop? No cooling and no error codes on the inside controls? Doug

I wasn't looking for fix-it help here so I didn't describe the problem, I was looking for a resource to identify the part so I can find it and install myself. I gave the mobile tech all the info and he spent an hour here working on it and didn't charge a thing, but he was on his way out of town on a Sunday and needed to go. I gave the local place all the info, pictures, the exact part, and they said "you'll have to bring it in we don't let you install parts." I'm not an idiot and I'm pretty handy, I just don't know what the part is called and haven't been able to find it based on the pictures I find online. No error codes at all...literally nothing. No lights, no nothing.
