Help with noise on trailer axle

Hello,

I am getting a noise from the trailer axles at 5-10mph. It sounds like bell gingles.

Trailer is new 30ft Palomimo Puma
Bolt tied
Axles lubed

It is not the safety chains.

Any ideas?

Jack it up and spin the tires. Better yet, pull the hubs and properly inspect, grease and adjust.

I've seen/heard the u-bolts that hold/clamp the springs to the axel loose jingle.
