Exactly where and how is it leaking?

If the leak is inside the sewer pipe, double check that you properly installed the valve & seals and didn't accidentally damaged them during the install. Also make sure they are the correct way (backwards seals is a common replacement error)

But if the leak is on the outside the sewer pipes, you'll have to physically locate the leak point to determine what needs to be replaced which determines the level of difficulty. It could be something as simple as a improperly tightened band connection or as problematic as a cracked pipe junction.

I've never had much luck with sewer valve seal kits. As they are all plastic, generally by the time the rubber seals wear out, the plastic surface they seal against has worn out, too. I always just replace the entire valve. Not that much more costly (and you don't have to disassemble the valve).

Double check where the four bolts are where the whole valve assembly is connected up to the line.

I had a leak, changed the valves and still had a leak. Called mobile repair and he showed me where the bolts are the plastic had fine line cracked. :R

Real hard to see the fine line cracks but he said he sees it a lot on older RV's. All the bouncing around puts fine stress cracks around the bolts. When he took it apart the plastic around the bolt opening just came apart.

He had to cut into my line coming out and did a residential plumbing fix with a rubber collar and bracket. I was taken back by the fix but everyone confirmed that is the correct way.

Here you can see after he took the bolt out the plastic just broke off around it. Again you have to look hard at it to see the cracks. And those find line cracks 'where' enough to make it leak.

I have seen cracks at the bolt holes on new valves right out of the package. Look carefully before installing.

We will be taking the pipes apart pretty soon. Camper is put up for the winter, but I want to get to it before it is TOO COLD to work out in the barn!

If you know where its leaking you should provide a picture (worth a thousand words). In general the RV plumbing isn't unique and you should be able to replace /fix with limited skills and stuff available at Big Box store.

The valve blade replacement will go in either way.

The first time I put new ones on they leaked. Took it back apart and sure enough there was a small arrow embossed on the valve showing the correct way to install it.:R

The blade itself is ever so slightly beveled and it needs to go in the correct way or it will leak.

I did not describe the leak well-sorry. It is leaking on the tank side of the valve assembly. It seems to be at the junction of the valve and the pipe from the tank, but it is on the underside of the pipe, so all you can do is feel the water, cannot see it except where it drips in the compartment. We put in a new valve yesterday, still leaks. We thought it was most likely leaking at the seal, but with new seals and new assembly, now not so sure. Took it apart again and started over. Then it got too late. Back at it tomorrow. Thanks all for the suggestions.
