Since very few people on this board have ever made their own parallel cables using the outlets, it may never be demonstrated. Perhaps someone will show up who's done that.

No parallel ports on the Canadian model, parallel ports on the US model. I'm sure anyone with a bit of imagination can figure out how to parallel Cdn models :W ... I haven't bothered as one serves my needs nicely. :)

Not the 2000, but the 1000s do in Canada. It has to do with the receptacle size and amps you can get from two 2000s being too much under the rules, but two 1000s is ok.
