House batteries not charging 2005 Sunvoyager
GulfStream Sunvoyager SE 2005.
The house batteries are not charging. The converter output is 13.6V, as recommended. I originally thought it was the 2 12V 750 cranking amp batteries that had a "Poor" reading with a hydrometer, so I replaced them. I've disconnected and reconnected the batteries and convert many times checking the system. Today the batteries were down to 9.6V and after disconnecting the battery cables from the converter and it's still has an output of 13.6V. I've replaced the ground cable and have a clean ground connection to the chassis. I don't know what else is in that system from the converter to the batteries. All fuses and the circuit breaker are on. I just don't know what else is there.I can wire a house and fix your car, but these RV's are such a different animal.
