Induction cookers For Inverters And Hot Weather?
Propane fires add heat and moisture YUCK. I would love to have a ferrous griddle for hot days. Hot Cakes! Ideas? Counterpoints? Note the "ferrous". Searches have been fruitless

Induction plates are great.
You can build a Sous Vide water cooker. I did. Cheap. Do some Googling. It’s a great low energy way to cook. Get a cheap cut of eye of round cook it at 130 for 14 hours or so. Perfectly med rare, tender.
Bud box, female recep, power cord, temp controller on EBay, crock pot (old school no electronics) wire it up. Plug crock pot in, set temp.
