Lippert jacks will not retract

We have 2013 Tuscany 40EX that will not retract the jacks. Lippert says there is 100A breaker in the system. Thor says it is in the battery bay. I have looked and can trace cable to wall of battery bay and no breaker is there. I have no manuals or schematics. Does anyone who owns a Tuscany know where to look for this breaker?
