My Carefree awing is loose on one end. What I mean by this is when it is rolled up you can pull it away from the wall around 3/4 inch. Only on one side. Any ideas on a fix? PJMAX:?

Your awning has probably moved in the awning rail on the trailer. Unroll the awning, slide the awning in the rail on the trailer toward the awning arm that is not going in all the way approx. 1", then roll back up, what that does is center the awning on the roller to the rail. After it closes up properly, put a screw in each end of the awning rail to secure and hold in place...

My awning guy used some large head rivets. It seems the factory doesn't hit many, if any studs when they install them. Expanding wall toggle bolts might also work.

Do you have one of the models that allows you to set the arm angle? On mine, if the two arms are not set at the same angle, one side will stick out a bit when rolled up.
