Magnum CSW1012 vs Xantrex ProWatt SW1000
Been looking at the Magnum CSW1012 but can't find much for reviews on it. I like how it outputs 1000w continuous vs the Prowatt at 900w continuous, it's also a little smaller and lighter but cost $75 ...

30-40W is "enough" to melt a plastic given a time and proper contact surface. Cig receptacles are usually fused to at least 10A. The device plug can have a smaller fuse to protect a small device like phone charger.
