While traveling yesterday, my temp light came on suddenly, then when I was able to find a place to stop my low water light came on.
I ran back to the engine to look and antifreeze was pooring down by the oil pan where the pullies are.
I got towed to a freightlinner shop and am waiting for my turn.
But was wonder what is up there above the pullys that would gush that much antifreeze. Is there a water hose up there that could have burst or what else could it be. Cant see a thing from under it. Am speculating what happened cause Im worried that it could be worse.

Was the water pump. Cost was about $160 for pump and $1400 labor.
Also would have been $2000 more without CoachNet towing.
Hope I get home without another problem.

Freeze plug on the block?

Hopefully something not so expensive like a heater hose.
