Edelbrock makes a CARB approved carburetor and it would be a lot cheaper then rebuilding that "quadraleak carb" again. We usually ran the gas tank down and added 16 ounces of Berryman's Carb Cleaner.....drive it least 15- 20 miles and made sure it was very warm at the check station. Passed everytime.
