Nor old ref?
We are experiencing a (novo ) code on ref inside grill is completely iced over . Am going to completely defrost unit ! Anyone have any suggestions... Power is on propane is on TC is level .

- Problem solved ! Had to reset PCB but seems to be working fine . For those of you who might have to reset the PCB on a Norcold ref . If you get the novo code it's very easy to reset the unit . PM me and I'll email you the info . Again thanks for all the help....

Moderator - Make sure not to put anything against the coils thaw the freezer also
- Am thawing out at present found the little thing that goes in the drain cup was plugged . Cleaned it an the drain is working now . That may have something to do with the freezing up problem . We only started having this problem this year . We're living in the TC an have been since last year . Family situation !
- Get a blowdryer thaw it out the thermister is not closing might have went bad
- Voltage good both a/c & d/c . Propane good ! We think it may be just frozen up! Time will tell.
- No voltage check breakers and fuses
