1. You do not state if the controls are dead or do they light up?
2. There are 2 fuses on the main control board at the back. The ATC 3 amp fuse is the 12 volt fuse that controls power to the refer controls. You need to check it.
3. IF the controls work, does the back side of the Burner housing get hot? It should on either LP or 120 volts. Doug
