Oh NO, electrical problem

Hopefully someone can help us out on this one.

1. Plugged in rv electrical cord to 30amp service.
2. Manually turned on breaker.
3. Went to fiver and smelled scorching. Opened ele. cabinet in fiver and discovered smoking and three breakers tripped.
4. Rushed out to 30amp service on house and flipped breaker off and unplugged fiver cord.
5. No electrical power to trailer via 110 outlet, however, battery backup for lights does work.
6. Checked all fuses....all OK.
7. Reset breakers in fiver, plugged cord into 110 outlet on house and still no electrical power.
8. THOUGHTS??? (have no idea on how to remove breaker panel cover in fiver...it's Cutler Hammer tt120FLGNM and tt120SLGNM; 40 amp/120v)
