Here are the followup photos for the sprayhead problem. I don't know where these pieces of seal came from, since I have not used these kinds of seals in this part of the water system.

Hope this can help diagnose their problem.

Showerhead has been working great since the repair. As a matter of fact this is the best this sprayhead has worked since we purchased it.
I have a theory that it came that way from the factory.

I was able to solve the problem. The cone that makes up the shower sprayer had two pieces of rubber water seal partiallty blocking the waterflow. I found these pieces when I unscrewed the white cone that is inside the spray head. I have pictures but I have very little signal to post them. I will try to post when we get to a location with a better signal.

I would try the CLR approach too. If you have a high level of calcium in the water, shower heads and faucet aerator/screens can get calcium deposits right where the water exits the shower head or tip of the faucet. Have this problem at home on our well and have to use CLR on all of them throughout the house every year or two.

Could also be sediment in the head which would need to be flushed out. The shutoff valve on the hose could be plugged up. Temporarily remove that and see what the flow is like out the head. I would also undo the head off the hose and see if the flow is okay. If not, you could have sediment plugging up the valves and if washerless cartridges, need to be replaced. If you do find sediment, it may be a good idea to use a sediment filter if you frequent the same CGs.

I'm sure that you are aware of the flow-control function of the Oxygenics shower head. Make sure that it is rotated to the full open position. I tended to put my hand on it as I twisted the head to spray myself and the flow would be reduced with each twist. You might check to see that that part of the head is functioning properly.

Did you remove the shower head itself and test flow from the valve on the hose?

Vinegar by itself is USELESS.

Heat it to around 130F

Soak the showerhead for an hour. Remove and...

Place it in a bowl of similarly warm BAKING SODA SOLUTION (1 cup to a quart)

Now you will see some action.

Rinse well.

Works excellent after the paperclip probing mentioned above :)
