Power awning seems to be slowing on extending/retracting

Question

Retracted the awning just a few minutes ago, seems it is slowing upon retracting.  Have not noticed before, but seemed to be 'working harder' as well.  Is there any kind of lubrication protocol to follow or maybe motor is beginning to down hill?  2011 Chateau 31K motorhome. Any and all suggestions are welcome...thanks

On mine there is a spring in the end of the tube like on a garage door. It may need adjusting.

Check your chassis battery.  Mine runs off that and if low it effects awning.
